The Arsenal AK is a weapon used by the Point Man in the live action trailers for F.E.A.R. 3. This gun is essentially the modified Bulgarian Arsenal AR.
Monolith Timeline[]
F.E.A.R. 3[]
The weapon is also visible on the cover of the game, however, it does not appear as an actual usable gun in the game itself. The rifle is fitted with an R.I.S., vertical foregrip, PKA-S red dot sight, and a folding stock (which, due to the rear end of the AK's receiver being sloped, results in it being uncomfortably angled downward).
Trivia[]
- In the live action trailers, the Point Man is not using the optic to sight his targets, given the fact that his eyes don't line up with the scope itself.
- The optic is 1x PKA-S, an advanced Russian red-dot optic, it featured a ringed recticle, it is adaptable to assault rifle, carbine and marksman rifles. The PKA-S is a derivative to 7x PKS-07 sniper optic.
- The Arsenal AK is the name given to Bulgarian clone of AK-47, built by Bulgarian arms manufacturer "ARSENAL JSCo." The in-trailer model is AR-F version, which features a foldable stock.
- Despite featured in trailers and cover arts, the gun is not usable and never found in game.
